Specifications
- Base : Synthetic Rubber.
- Application : This adhesive is designed for automobile application for fixing foam, sponge on painted metal, Aluminium foil, PP etc.
- Solvent : This is composed of aliphatic, ketonic and aromatic solvent combination.
- Colour : Light Tan to Tan.
- Viscosity : 120 – 130 cps at 30º ± 2ºC.

Method of Application
- Make sure that the surfaces to be bonded are even, clean, dry and free from grease/oil. A coat of adhesive is to be applied by spray uniformly on both the surfaces to be joined. Tack retention time is maximum 5min. Place the sprayed surfaces with adhesive, one above the other while the adhesive remains sticky. Press the surfaces firmly together. Final strength is to be achieved after 24 hrs.
Caution
- It is highly inflammable. Replace lid immediately after partial use. Container should be stored in a cool and dry place. It is suggested to wear suitable protective clothing and safety goggles for protecting eyes while handling.
