• Make sure that the surfaces to be bonded are even, clean, dry and free from grease/oil. A coat of adhesive is to be applied uniformly on both the surfaces to be joined. Porous substrates like leather may require tow coats for superiors bonding. Wait for 8 – 10 minutes to allow the solvent to evaporate. Place the coated surfaces one above the other while the adhesive remains sticky. Press the surfaces firmly together. Final strength is to be achieved after 24 hrs.

Caution

• It is highly inflammable. Replace lid immediately after partial use. Store in a cool and dry place.

• Base               :      Synthetic Rubber.

• Application    :      This is being used for bonding leather, felt, rubber and common footwear items. This adhesive is possessing moderate tack time, varying from 10min to 50min depending upon substrates.

• Solvent          :      This adhesive is free from Toluene, Benzene & Halogeneted Hydro carbon (Trichloroethylene, Dichloroethylene) etc. It is composed of primarily mixture of alicyclic & ketonic solvents.

• Viscosity       :      1700 ± 100 cps at 30 ± 2ºC.

DENDRITE FF 555 SR FOAM ADHESIVE

Ensure the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry and free from grease/oil. Apply uniform thin coat on both the surfaces. Wait till the surfaces became touch dry. Press adhesive coated surfaces with uniform pressure while the adhesive remains sticky. DENDRITE FF-555 contact (SR) adhesive is used for bonding PU foam to PU foam, PU foam to rubber foam, PU foam to coir matrices, PU foam to ply, rexine to ply, metal to PU foam, metal to rexine, PVC flooring and in various upholstery applications.

 DENDRITE EXP SR ADHESIVE

Make sure that the surfaces to be bonded are even, clean, dry, and free from grease/oil. A coat of adhesive is to be applied uniformly on both the surfaces to be joined. Porous substrate like leather may require two coats for superior bonding. Wait for 10 minutes to allow the solvent to evaporate. Place the coated surfaces one above other, while the adhesive remains tacky. Press the coated surfaces firmly together.
