Specifications
- Base : Synthetic Rubber.
- Application : This is used in footwear industry mostly for making the chappal & sandle. It is specially designed for bonding substrates, like rubber micro sole, neolite sole & synthetic upper like satin, putina etc. It can be used in upholstery, for making chair fittings, sofa fittings and foam-to-foam bonding. This adhesive is operated with in tack time 10min to 50min.
- Solvent : It is primarily composed of aliphatic and aromatic solvent Combination.
- Colour : This is light tan viscous liquid.
- Viscosity : 1100 - 1300 cps at 30 ± 2ºC.

- Make sure that the surfaces to be bonded are even, clean, dry and free from grease/oil. A coat of adhesive is to be applied uniformly on both the surfaces to be joined. Porous substrates like leather may require tow coats for superiors bonding. Wait for 8 – 10 minutes to allow the solvent to evaporate. Place the coated surfaces one above the other while the adhesive remains sticky. Press the surfaces firmly together. Final strength is to be achieved after 24 hrs.
Caution
- It is highly inflammable. Replace lid immediately after partial use. Store in a cool and dry place.
